We currently ship and deliver orders through trusted third-party carriers, including Bosta, Aramex, and Marsool. Delivery methods and estimated times will be shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and product availability.

General Delivery Terms

• All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shuffle Games is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

• Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

• Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details at checkout. Incorrect addresses or missed deliveries may result in additional delivery fees.

• Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Same-Day Express Delivery (Marsool)

If you choose Marsool Same-Day Express Delivery, please note the following additional terms:

• This option is handled entirely by Marsool, a third-party delivery service not operated by Shuffle Games.

• Shuffle Games is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once the package has been collected by Marsool.

• By selecting this service at checkout, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the condition, handling, and safe receipt of their order upon delivery.

• In case of any issue, such as late or missing packages, customers must contact Marsool directly using their app or support channels to resolve the matter.

• We recommend customers use this option only if they are available to receive the package personally at the specified delivery address.

In-Store Pickup

Customers may also select “Pick Up” at checkout to collect their order directly from:
Shuffle Games, Phantom Meraki Complex, Salah Salem Street, Cairo, Egypt.
You will receive an email or message once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid order confirmation or ID for verification.
