General Return Conditions:
Eligibility Window: Most items are eligible for return within 7 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase (receipt or digital record) is required for all returns.
Condition of Item: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging, exactly as they were purchased.
Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, Packs, Decks, etc.): Must be unopened, untampered with, and still in their original factory seal.
Accessories (Sleeves, Deck Boxes, Playmats, etc.): Must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened booster packs, booster boxes, or any sealed product where the seal has been broken.
Any product that has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment method is not available, a store credit may be issued. Cash refunds for credit/debit card purchases will not be available.
How to Initiate a Return:
Bring the item(s) you wish to return, along with your original proof of purchase, to our store location during business hours.
Our staff will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return policy conditions.
If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed.
Pre-Order Policy:
Pre-ordering allows you to secure highly anticipated trading card game products before their official release date. Please review our pre-order policy carefully:
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to guarantee your reservation.
Release Dates: Release dates for pre-order products are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to change without prior notice. While we will do our best to communicate any changes, Shuffle Games is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer or distributor.
Pickup/Shipping:
In-Store Pickup: Pre-ordered items will be available for pickup at our store on or shortly after the official release date. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your proof of pre-order payment.
Shipping: If you selected shipping for your pre-order, items will be dispatched on or shortly after the official release date. Shipping times will vary based on your location.
 Pre-Order Cancellation:
 Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to 14 days before the official release date of the product. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the release date, or after the product has been released and allocated, may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the pre-order value to cover administrative and allocation costs.
Cancellation by Store: In rare circumstances, Shuffle Games reserves the right to cancel pre-orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe supply shortages from our distributors or manufacturer cancellation. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
